When we get done running errands early, we splurge for cookies and orange juice at 10:30 in the morning!

City Museum!
On Wednesday we went to the City Museum! We were very excited about this one! We had heard marvelous things abut this place and we couldn't wait to check it out. It did not disappoint! It was amazing! The boys played and climbed and found their way out of hiding spots all over the building! Conner and Ben had so much fun. Nick and I just sat back at one point and let them go! They came back to check in with us every so often and to request flashlights and drinks! Nick and I had a lot of fun there too, walking around outside and climbing up into the castles and crossing the bridges. We ended up spending most of our day there!
After an awesome day, we spent the night at the hotel, swimming, relaxing, and getting ready to go home tomorrow! We had a great time in St. Louis!!!

The Gateway Arch!
On Tuesday after dinner at the hotel, we decided to head downtown to check out the Arch! It was amazing to see in person and the boys really liked it, too! They couldn't believe how tall it was. We also decided to go ahead and ride the tram to the top... I wasn't thrilled, but I was outvoted! We piled in to this little pod like thing and rode to the top! I am glad we did it because it was pretty magnificent to look out over the city! Very cool! After we got back on the ground, we took a quick sweep through the new museum they have there and took some photos of the guys on the huge stairs leading up to the Arch. It is really a beautiful area and I'm really glad we were able to do it in the evening. Nick wanted to walk along the river so we walked down right next to it and that was pretty fantastic, too!
St. Louis Zoo!
On Tuesday, we spent the day at the zoo! The morning started off with touching stingrays! (They are slimier than I thought they would be!) The boys loved this. There were even a few baby sharks in the pool and the boys thought that was really cool! It really is a wonderful zoo. We were able to get pretty close to a lot of the animals. We spent the morning and most of the afternoon at the zoo because we were having so much fun!
