New Year's Eve!

Tonight is New Year's Eve! We made meatball subs and homemade chips for dinner and we played games all night! Nick had to work, so he headed to bed around 10, but the boys and I stayed up until after 11 so we could watch the ball drop in NYC. It was a pretty fun way to ring in the new year!

 

Home Health Care...

Ben needed to have his injection today, but we didn't have to go to Iowa City!!! We had a nurse come to our house to administer his shot! It was amazing and we are so thankful for this new service. He will still need to go to Iowa City at least once a month, but this will save us so much time the other three weeks of the month!

 

Christmas in Conrad!

We traveled to Conrad today to celebrate Christmas with Nick's family. We spent the night and the kids all enjoyed getting to spend some time together. We had a wonderful time!

 

Merry Christmas!

Christmas morning never loses its excitement! The weather was so nice this year that we were able to go to the park in the afternoon and play. It was a wonderful day!!! Merry Christmas!

 

Christmas Eve!

We went to Bettendorf today for Christmas! We got a couple of pictures before we left. When we got to Bettendorf, we realized that we forgot a tote of presents so Nick drove back home to get them while the rest of us went to church for Christmas Eve! After church we enjoyed spending time with our family! Eating, drinking, and playing games filled our night!

It is Christmas at our house today!!! We had a wonderful time opening presents!
