We went to Conrad this weekend for the big garage sale! We made a few bucks and were even able to have a mini birthday party for our 3 nieces! Our trip was cut a bit short, because Ben has been having trouble with his asthma, so we got home this morning and headed straight to the doctor. It was great to see everyone in Conrad!

Sunny Afternoon!
We spent our sunny afternoon at the park today, practicing baseball and playing at the park!
When we got home, we played in the backyard and continued to enjoy the sunshine! Nick did have to retrieve the boomerang from the roof... It ended up at the highest point of the roof, so Nick was trying to decide how to get to it. The boys thought they would help and see if they could spray water hard enough to get the boomerang to move... Conner was removed from the ladder :)

Baseball!
Baseball practice has started and we are enjoying watching the boys learn more about baseball. They are in a different league this year and it's pretty intense, so we will see how the boys like it! We have soccer or baseball nearly every night for the next 5 weeks, so we will be keeping busy!!!

Easter at Home!
We got home this afternoon and Ben and Conner could not wait to see if the Easter Bunny had left more goodies at our house! They were not disappointed! The highlight was definitely watching these two use their new inflatable boxing gloves!

Longer Trip...
After soccer and a shower to remove all the mud, we hopped in the car to get to Bettendorf to celebrate Easter. Thunderstorms and a crash that closed the interstate made the trip longer than we expected, but we made it! Ben and Conner were ready to spend some time with their cousins!

Busy Day!
This morning, Conner and Ben were extra excited about their first soccer game for the Spring season! They played an amazing game and it was fun to get back out there and watch these two run around the soccer field!
Tonight, we went to the Cedar Rapids Kernels baseball game. The boys both got to go onto the field by the dugout and "high-five" the players as they were announced!
