Tired...

The first week of school took a lot out of us! Ben couldn't even make it through a movie on Saturday night!

 

Day 2!

First Day!

Today is the first day of 8th grade for Conner and Ben!!! It was pouring rain this morning so we just got a few pictures inside before we headed off to school. The boys had a great day!

 

Almost Back to School...

I had to work today so Nick took the boys bowling! This evening we went to the boys' school to walk through their schedules and try their new lockers. The boys did great and saw lots of friends. We decided to go out for dinner at Quarter Barrel so we could celebrate with pizza and arcade games! School starts next week!!!

 

Skateboarding...

Conner has been working hard on his skateboarding skills! He was pretty proud of himself today!

We headed back out to the lake today for more fishing and sunshine!

 

Camping!

The guys decided that they wanted to camp out tonight in the backyard! We got the tent up this afternoon and we enjoyed some smores tonight before the guys retired to the tent! They had a good time in the tent and actually fell asleep pretty quickly!

We decided to do some fishing on this beautiful day! The boys were extra excited because they got to wear their new "professional" fishing shirts!

 

Shopping...

We had been wanting to check out the Five Below store here in town and Ben decided that today was the day! The boys made some purchases that they were very proud of!

 

Reunion...

Today we had our Hasty family reunion at George Wyth Park. It was really special to see Great Grandma with all of the great grand kids! It was a wonderful afternoon!

 

New Glasses!

Conner and Ben got their new glasses today!

 

Star Wars...

Conner and I ran some errands this morning and he chose to bring home some orange chicken for lunch. He also picked out some Star Wars shirts for Ben and himself at Kohls this morning. One of the things he wanted to do this summer was watch all of the Star Wars movies, so we settled in for lunch and watched the last one today!
