First Game!
Conner had his first basketball game today! Ben and I stayed home, but Nick was able to go watch Conner and he sent me a couple of pictures. Conner had a blast and was very excited when he got home! (Ben will have to sit out for this basketball season😞)

Surgery...
Today Ben had surgery. We were very nervous, but the doctors kept him safe, despite a low platelet count, and they were able to repair a couple of things including a surprise hernia! Ben did amazing and he is now home resting! He will be home from school this week to recover!

Concert!
Conner and Ben had a band concert tonight! They both did a wonderful job! It was exciting to see them play their trombones again. We also got to see the Linn Mar marching band perform their show as a bonus!

Home Game...
The boys enjoyed another football game at home tonight with their team. They helped the team warm up and even got to take part in the coin toss with the captains. The boys had such a great time!!!

Back on the Lake...
We were finally able to enjoy an afternoon of fishing today! No fish, but it was nice to have the boat out. It must have been a good day because my guys were all napping by early evening!
