Pool Day!

Conner, Ben, and I enjoyed another pool day today!

 

Work and Play...

Nick has been hard at work in the basement, with the help of Papa! The bedroom is wired, framed, insulated and ready for drywall! As Nick was working today, I had to laugh as I walked downstairs and caught the boys playing with some old hot wheels! Some things never change!

 

Lifting...

Ben and Conner have been keeping busy with basketball workouts and weight lifting this summer! They are really enjoying it!

 

Sunday Fishing!

We got out to Palo today for some fishing! It was a beautiful day! It was pretty windy but the boat handled the gusts and we had lots of fun. The guys caught some fish, and also had quite a few snags that kept Nick pretty busy with fixing line on fishing poles! The boys also opened a couple of early birthday presents tonight!

 

SkyZone!

Ben and Conner had their first SkyZone experience this afternoon with a friend! They had a great time!!!

 

New Pool!

Nick got me a new pool for Christmas and we couldn't wait to try it out today! The boys and I had a great time!

Happy Father's Day!

Happy Father's Day to our favorite dad who takes great care of us and provides lots of laughs along the way! Also, Happy Father's Day to Gramps and Papa!!!

 

Wash...

We power washed the deck today in preparation to stain and seal it in a couple of days. Ben and Nick finished it up. It is amazing how great it looks after it has been cleaned!

 

Home...

We were packed and ready to go by 8:00 this morning because we needed to get home for an appointment. The trip home was uneventful and the boys were asleep shortly after we left. It was an amazing week filled with so much fun and laughter! Thank you to Mama and Papa for another wonderful vacation!

Last FULL Day...

And just like that, it is already Thursday and our family has to go home tomorrow... we made the most of our last full day at the lake! We had a very fun late morning fishing trip in the boat. Ben and Conner were so exhausted, they actually took a nap together after lunch! We fit in lots more fishing and a little more tubing today. We had our big fish fry for dinner and then headed out for one more night of fishing on the lake!
