Exhaustion...

Ben and Conner have been having a great first week of school! They are already exhausted! They have a long day since high school doesn't get out until 4:00! They have done a great job of walking to and from school. Nick and I are just so proud of how they have handled all of the big changes!

 

First Day!

First Day of 9th Grade!!! We had a great first day of high school! The boys did so good at school finding their way around! They came very excited! It is so hard to believe that our two little boys are in high school now!

 

Great Grandma...

Unfortunately, our beloved Grandma Hasty passed away this week and today we attended her funeral. It was a very hard day, but my siblings and I spent the night reminiscing and celebrating the wonderful life she had and the impact that she made on all of us. The kids enjoyed a sleepover in the basement!

 

Practice Makes Perfect...

We did another schedule practice today at the high school! Here they are in the commons area where they will enter school everyday!

 

Boys Play Day...

Nick took the boys out fishing today while I had to head back to work!

 

Ben's Turn...

Ben decided he was ready to shave for the first time today!

 

One More Time...

We ventured back to Lake Delhi this morning for one more trip up and down the lake! The boys greatly enjoyed driving the boat fast!
