Christmas Cookies!

Nick and I decided that it might be fun for the guys to make Christmas cookies this year and decorate them so that's what we did today! Conner and Ben are ready to start making cookies!

They really wanted to get their hands on that rolling pin and Ben finally got his chance...



They had to take a little break after using the cookie cutters to run around, but then they returned for the fun part... decorating!

Conner couldn't quite grasp the concept that you were supposed to hold the sprinkles above the cookies and not actually touch the cookie with the sprinkle holders... the result was frosting on everything and lots and lots of sprinkles on all of his cookies! (and everywhere else...)

Daddy tried to help Ben use a little less sprinkles...



We're done!!!!

Conner and Ben really enjoyed themselves! We will definitely have to do this again! (But not too soon...) The cookies actually turned out pretty good!!! Of course Conner just wanted to eat the frosting off of his after dinner...
