Happy Father's Day!

We have kept busy today unpacking, doing laundry, and cleaning up the vehicle and boat after getting home last night. We took a break to give Nick some fathers day gifts! Happy Father's Day to our wonderful dads!!!

 

Saturday...

The weather allowed us to get out fishing this morning for a little while. Our plan was to leave early tomorrow morning, but with the rain continuing into today, we decided we would pack up and head out later today. After some fishing and lunch, the guys headed back out for one more trip in the boat while I stayed back and packed everything up! We left for home about 3:30 and got home shortly before 9 tonight. Despite the bad weather we had this year, it was still an amazing week filled with fun!!!

 

Rainy Friday...

We just couldn't catch a break on Friday! It rained ALL DAY! The kids ran out to see if they could get close to the heron that was by the dock and Ben tried a couple times to fish off the dock, but it was definitely an inside day! We took some family photos while stuck inside!

 

Thursday...

The guys got some fishing in this morning before the rain started coming down! More fish were cleaned for the fish fry tonight (and some extra to take home!) We all enjoyed some down time in the cabin today, playing games and just hanging out together. The fish fry was amazing for dinner! 

Wednesday...

Wednesday brought the clouds and rain that plagued us the rest of the week, but we still managed to have a lot of fun! We still were able to fish several times today and the boys had a blast on the boat tonight!

 

Evening Cruise...

After dinner, we had to get back out, catch more fish, and enjoy the evening on the lake!
