We had a great trip up to Minnesota today. We were ready to go by 8 this morning and arrived at our destination by 2. The guys had a great first evening of fishing. Ben and Conner both caught some fish and Conner even ended the night with a bullhead!

Movin' on Up!
I don't have the words to describe how hard today was! Watching our two boys walk through their very last day of elementary school was amazing, exciting, and a little heartbreaking! We have a lot of change in our lives right now, but we will figure it out and enjoy a wonderful summer together! These two boys affect everyone they meet in a positive way. They are little rays of sunshine and I could not be more proud of everything they have accomplished this year!!!

3 More Days...
Three more days of 5th grade for these two good looking guys.... I haven't even had time to let that sink in yet! They have grown up so much this year! I can't believe that school is almost over!

Second Place!
The boys played a great game today! Their team ended up losing the game because of a penalty kick, so they came in second. The boys were still pretty happy though because they got a pretty cool trophy for second place! They had a great season!!!

Games, Games, Games...
We have a busy weekend of sports! The boys have soccer playoffs so they had a game last night and two games today, plus a baseball game this morning! For one inning, Conner played third base and Ben played left field. The guys won the baseball game and they ended up winning all of their soccer games, so their team will play in the championship game tomorrow!!!

Performance!
Ben's preschool teacher had contacted me about seeing if the boys would be interested in playing their trombones for some preschool kiddos during their music unit. Of course, the boys were happy to do that, so today they played a couple of songs for the preschool kids and answered some questions about band! It was really cool to see them in the old preschool room "all grown up!"
