Snowy Saturday...

Well, we woke up to another day of snow here!  The boys and I went out to the kitchen to have some breakfast, Ben looked outside, turned to me, and said, "We really need some Spring, dude!"  Even my active Ben is getting a little tired of the snow and cold weather!  While I did some cleaning this morning, the boys played one of their infamous "pretend" games.  Today it was pretend ice fishing.  (Thanks Papa and Daddy!) They decided to play in my room.  They tied yarn to some buckets and had a grand old time hauling in their pretend fish!  After a little while, they realized that they had forgotten their fishing hats, so they had to pause to get their hats.  Then the game resumed!

After a productive and fun morning, the boys had lunch and we discussed a nap.  They both insisted that they did not need one, so we decided to have some quiet time with a movie.  The only movie they want to watch these days happens to be Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2, so I put that in and they both picked a couch.  30 minutes later, Conner was asleep!  Ben, however, was just pretending... (the scrunched up forehead kinda gives him away!)
