Hawkeye Surprise!

We surprised the boys with tickets to the Hawkeye game today! We bought some tickets from a friend who wasn't able to go. We also took Mama and Papa with us, so the 6 of us decided to go to Coralville and ride the Hawkeye Express to Kinnick! The train ride was fun!

Nick and I haven't been here together for too many years to count and the boys have never been to Kinnick Stadium so it was really fun walking around and seeing all the buildings and people! We had 6 tickets for the game, but they weren't all together, so for the first half, Ben sat with me and Nick while Conner sat with Mama and Papa. The boys switched spots at half time!

It was a really great day and a wonderful experience for our boys! Oh, and the Hawkeyes won, so that made it even better. I'm glad we were all able to go and have so much fun!
