Chaos... fielding calls and visits from roofers, siding companies, contractors, waiting for our insurance adjustor, getting estimates for our car damage, trying to decide what to do about school, whether the boys can have success with this hybrid model of every other day school, finding out that when they are home they will be expected to log in and follow their normal school day schedule by themselves, trying to decide if I can go back to work or if I need to stay home when the boys are home...
Peace...out on the lake, in the sunshine, laughing...
We had to choose peace today, just for a few hours...
