Day After...

The day after Thanksgiving is usually a traveling day for us, but this year, we made the decision to stay home and do our part to help stop the coronavirus spread. Conner has been asking us to show him how to play poker, so we tackled that this morning! We got out the old poker set and taught the boys Texas hold'em! It was pretty fun! We made tailgate food for lunch to have with the Iowa Hawkeye game and Ben even lounged on his bed in the basement after the big lunch. After the game, it was time to pull out the Christmas decorations! We got the house decorated, our big tree up in the living room, and even put another tree up in the basement. Ben helped Nick get the lights on both trees and we added a new toy to turn on the Christmas lights in the house! Then the boys moved downstairs and actually enjoyed decorating the tree downstairs, while Nick and I finished the tree upstairs. It was a fantastic day at home with my guys!
