Last Soccer Game!

Conner and Ben had their last soccer game today!  It was a rainy, chilly day and I really wasn't looking forward to it, but it was the best time I have had watching these two play soccer!  The ground was soaking wet, everyone was covered in mud, and every time someone fell, you could see all the water and mud splash up around them.  It was so awesome to watch these two do their thing.  They were always right in the action!  I discovered that even though they play on a much bigger field now, I can still hear Conner's giggles and Ben's cheers from the other side!  The best moment was when Conner fell right by the sideline where all the parents sit, and when he got up and gave us this look of  horror at having to be covered in mud, all the adults busted out laughing.  His facial expression was priceless!  Ben had a great pass to a teammate who then scored a goal, so he was pretty happy with himself! We all really enjoyed this soccer season and I know this is something the boys want to keep doing for a while!  They have improved so much...  Nick and I were so proud of our boys today!!!
